Successfully captured rubber debris and prevented the occurrence of duct fires. We received a repeat order for an additional four units.

There was a challenge in reliably capturing rubber debris and finely shredded wire. Rubber debris and wire are now reliably captured, and there have been no occurrences of duct fires in the downstream section. Compared to the previously used wet-type dust collection and exhaust gas treatment system, (1) the capture efficiency has significantly improved. (2) There is no longer any concern about duct fires in the downstream section. (3) The screens are less likely to become clogged. Based on this evaluation, we have decided to deliver a total of five units.
